On Sunday we flew down to Las Vegas with my mom and Emily for a couple of days, just us girls. We had so much fun, I can't believe how well behaved my kids are! They loved the airplane, especially because they had control of their own tv shows (JetBlue rocks!) Then when we got down there we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at the MGM. Katie was a little scared of the thunder storm, all the lights would flash, it was cool. Then we swam the whole rest of the day... yes it was 80 degrees !! All three of my kids fell asleep on the lounge chairs by the pool, it's exhausting to have so much fun in one day. That night I shared a bed with Katie... bad idea!! This was the first time I've ever shared a bed with her.. and the last. She is all over the place!!! So about midnight I went and squeezed into bed with Anna, she doesn't roll around much yet. Monday we went walking on the Strip and of course went to the MnM factory, where you can spend way too much on different colored MnM's. We also spent a lot of time in the arcade of the Excalibur, where you can spend way too much money on games for silly prizes, but the kids had a blast counting their tickets and redeeming them for stuff. We spent a little time at the outlet mall, not just any outlet mall, this mall had a True Religeon store where I found some jeans called "Becky", oh how I want them, they are so cute (too bad I'm poor). On Tuesday we saw the lion at the MGM. It was so cool, it came right up to the glass in front of us. The girls were so excited that it licked the glass right in front of them. Then we swam some more and caught the plane home. It was exhausting but so much fun! I have the best mom ever to do that for us.

Sounds like you and the girls had SO much fun! YAY! Have you talked to Steph? We may or may not be changing our night out...I'm going to be out of town so wanted to see if the next Thursday worked for everyone OR Steph might be doing a party (with Scentsy, Lia Sophia, etc) on Saturday...anyway, what works and doesn't work for you??? Let us know!!

I can't believe that we missed you by a half a day! Good thing you went early in the week, it was freezing Thursday and Friday we tried to swim but it was way too cold!!
oh how fun honey!!! HEY I saw your hottie McHotstuff hubby in action today! LOL! I saw this accident happen as I was pulling off of the freeway and waited until all the po po and fire guys came to help him before I left and he just came walking up...so funny! Anyway, tell him HEY for me! I thought it would be a little inappropriate to go carry on a conversation with him while this poor guy was laying on the ground not moving his legs. Poor guy! I had to turn away cuz he had to have his pants cut off of him. Good thing he had clean chonies on! I WILL NOW FOREVER follow that rule even more so than before!!!! ;-)
